Service Booking Policy

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your booking date and time. This retainer will be applied toward the final session fee.

• The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the session, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the retainer and signed agreement.

• I accept payments via Bank Transfer, Revolut or Cash.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Clients may reschedule once without penalty if requested at least 72 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in a rescheduling fee of 100 euros.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a partial refund (excluding the retainer).

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows result in full forfeiture of all payments made.

3. Weather Policy (for Outdoor Sessions)

• In case of inclement weather, sessions may be rescheduled at no extra charge. The decision to reschedule will be made by the photographer and client collaboratively at least 4 hours before the session.

4. Late Arrivals

• Clients are expected to arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in reduced session time or cancellation without refund, at the photographer’s discretion.

5. Image Delivery & Edits

• Standard turnaround time for galleries is 72 hours after the session.

• Edits include standard color correction and light retouching. Additional retouching requests may incur extra charges. 2 Free Revisions included per session.

6. Usage Rights

• Clients receive personal-use rights to the final edited images.

• Photographer retains copyright and may use images for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Health Policy

• Sessions may be rescheduled at no penalty in case of illness or exposure to contagious illness, with reasonable notice.
